Hi! I’m Liz Holdsworth, a professional calligrapher and hand engraver based in Ireland. I love nothing more than transforming beautiful words into art.  I began calligraphy as a creative outlet in 2016 and my little hobby soon led to a life-changing career.   

Based in Dublin, Ireland, I’m dedicated to crafting timeless keepsakes that are treasured and cherished for a lifetime. Since 2016, I’ve honed my skills as a professional calligrapher, collaborating with luxury brands to perfect my craft. Each stroke of my pen and precision of my engraving tool is infused with passion and dedication, ensuring that every piece I create carries a sense of elegance and significance. From bespoke wedding invitations to personalised gifts, I strive to infuse each creation with the essence of sophistication and artistry.

Having grown up in the U.S. I bring a vast array of influences to my work.  However, I now call Ireland home and have lived here since 2013. My work focuses on teaching Ireland-based calligraphy workshops both in-person and online, bespoke commissions, luxury brands, wedding calligraphy and on-site events.  I would love to work with you on something special and bring your ideas to life.
